Custom Jewelry Design

Bespoke jewelry pieces are at the heart of Make Merveille. We enjoy working closely with clients to create the jewelry piece of their dreams. Whether it’s a unique engagement ring, repurposing stones you already have, or creating a one-of-a-kind piece from scratch, we love the opportunity to collaborate with you to bring your vision to life or breathe new life into existing pieces through a new, fresh design.

It all starts with a conversation. Once we receive your request, an initial meeting takes place either in person or virtually with our founder and designer, Jenn. We like to get an idea of your preferences and vision for the piece you want to make and find out more about the existing pieces you have that you’d like to reimagine.

Once we have established a clear design direction we will provide you with price ranges. From there we will begin to source stones if needed or work directly with your existing pieces to create hand sketches of the new design.

Custom pieces can take as little as 3 weeks for a simple reset, or as long as 16 weeks if we are starting from scratch and sourcing stones specifically for your piece or if your design is particularly intricate. The design process is a close collaboration between us, so the more clarity you provide, the better-whether through referencing a color scheme you admire or a type of stone setting you are drawn to. Each custom piece requires Jenn to hand sketch the design herself before a wax model is made to the specifications of the new piece.
